He has an exceptional flair of understanding the business and customer's needs and relating the same with the real life challenges; thus providing solutions using technology. Saurabh has wide experience across verticals like Retail, Public Sector, Finance, Higher Education, Logistics and Leisure,having worked with Tesco, SunGard and IL&FS; and, also with customers of Xperforce.
Nilesh has 14+ years of IT experience in Performance Testing and Test Automation across verticals like Retail, Banking, Insurance, Logistics and Leisure Domains. He has worked with distinguished companies like iGate and Tesco before collaborating with Saurabh (Founder – Xperforce) to build their own startup. Being in Xperforce, he has successfully managed delivery and operations on Performance and Test Automation to various clients.
